SubWise Track stores only the information required to provide subscription tracking and renewal reminder services, including:

• Account email address and authentication details
• User-entered subscription names, categories, and custom notes
• Subscription amounts, currencies, and billing cycles
• Renewal dates and notification reminder preferences

Data Handling & Infrastructure

User authentication and database storage are securely managed using Supabase. Automated email renewal notifications are sent directly to your registered account email.

SubWise Track operates strictly based on information manually entered by you. SubWise Track does not access, read, or connect to your financial bank accounts, credit cards, or third-party provider accounts (such as Netflix, Spotify, Amazon, or Google).

Your Rights & Control

You maintain full control over your stored subscription data. You may edit, update, or delete your subscription entries at any time directly within your dashboard.
